Help, PLEASE!

Ok, I am about 90% done with my theme and it has went very well, with the exception of a couple icon issues. But the real obstacle I have encountered is my lock screen wallpaper. I have the file in the theme and in what I believe the correct location to be, but it always shows whatever image I had selected as my "user lock screen." Is there a workaround for this or do I have to just change it manually every time I make a new theme?
